I'm not sure how it is in your house--but in our home, in order for me to stay on TOP of the laundry, I do 3 yes 3 LOADS a day!!!! Here is just a sample of what my house looks like--pretty much on a daily basis.
Here we have a load of whites and lights.
darks and another load of whites.
And of course my BFF's --washer and dryer!!! I really don't mind doing the laundry and folding it -- well I sort of enjoy that part---but putting it away, I don't know why but that is the worst part. Needless to say with 5 boys there is always something to do around here!

How funny! I should be folding mine right now! A sick baby makes the laundry so much worse, I hope he gets better soon!
i agree. i don't mind folding...it's the putting it away that takes me forever.
