We've started a tradition.
Every 1st Sunday of the month,
Dan sits down with each child for a monthly interview.
They set goals.
Talk about attitude.
And the best part is they set a "DATE".

I think spending one on one time with each child
is not only important, but totally necessary.
The child gets to choose where they go and what they do.
Usually it's to an ice cream shop for an ice cream cone.
Best of all it is time to concentrate on ONE!
Hold their hand and give that child as much attention as possible.

I love that Stephanie! We started one on one "dates" with the boys a few years ago(I only have three), and it has been so fun and necessary. We do one on one with Mom with each, and one on one with Dad with each of them. They get so excited!!
