This morning I decided to make french toast for breakfast!
my boys LOVE helping me cook!
Well, Luke got just a little too close to the skillet!
He leaned right on it!!! Poor Guy!!!
After about 30 minutes of crying, I decided to take him to urgent care.
2nd degree burns with blisters!
There is nothing worse than listening to your child cry,
and there is nothing you can do to take the pain away!
The Doctor said 2nd degree burns are the worst and extremely painful!
But thank goodness Luke is a trooper!
He loves his bandage! Even his finger tips were burned!!
He goes back to the Dr. tomorrow for a follow-up.

That is so sad!! Poor little guy. I'm glad he's such a trooper.
Poor Luke. I'm sure this will be one of many trips you take to urgent care with five boys!! I'm glad he's doing well. Congrats on your 1/2 marathon! Can't wait to hear how it went.
Poor kid! That does not look fun!
