We took the family to Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and had such a great time! (The pictures are a little out of order sorry). We decided to DRIVE so that we could have a car and that we were just going to Rosarito Beach, which is just south of San Diego. So we figured that driving wouldn't be so bad---well, we were right! Our boys did so great in the car. Even the babies were wonderful. There were even time while driving that Dan and I would look at each other in amazement because everyone was quite. I do have to thank the geniuses who thought of wireless headphones. The three big boys could watch movies and Dan and I could drive in peace. We had fun playing in the ocean and swimming in the pool everyday. The weather couldn't have been more perfect! The best part of the trip was my in-laws. They came with us to help with the kids and spend some quality time with them. They were such a great help. The times when Kyle and Jack were sleeping they would stay in the condo and I would take the 3 big boys to the pool and play with them. It had been a long time since all of my attention could just be on them without having to say, "after I feed the baby" or "after I change this diaper". It was so great for me to focus on them---Thank you Grandma and Papa!!! We love you!

We had a blast!!! This is one vacation that I can not wait to do again!! I told Dan that we need to make this an annual trip!!! VIVA MEXICO!!! See you next year!

What a fun trip! I want to hear more about driving down there--I've always been scared to take a car into Mexico. We must chat.
