It happened!!

The day of delivery!

Our baby GIRL finally arrived!

Saturday September 3rd 2011

at 12:07 am

Weighing in at 7.2 pounds

20 inches long

and just perfect!

Here's Lia's Story--

We got to the hospital at about noon.

And I thought I'd better get one LAST tummy picture!

Getting the epidural--

AAAHHH---sigh of relief!

and the pitocin got started.

As the pitocin levels got higher and my contractions got stronger

Lia's heart rate started dropping

So I was put on oxygen to help her out!!

I did feel a bit funny!!!

They actually had to stop the pitocin for several hours.

Due to her heart rate--They took me off of it about 2:30 pm

and didn't start in again till about 8:30 pm

They wanted to see if I could progress on my own.

At 8:30-9:00 I was about 5 cm

The nurse came in just before midnight and it was....

TIME TO PUSH!!!

Then at 12:07 Sweet Lia Renae was born---

I was just thrilled!!!!

And she finally was given a BOW!!!!

Daddy and his princess!!!!

Lia then met Auntie Kim and Grandma!!!!

I think she'll have EVERYONE

wrapped around her fingers!!!

And you know what??

I think it's great!!!

We are already head over heels for this sweet baby!!!
